Building on the solid foundation laid by the former principals and teachers, POCA Wong Siu Ching Secondary School (WSCSS) has continued to provide quality education by upholding the core educational values to benefit all students and serve our community ever since 1979.
 
WSCSS has long been dedicated to nurturing students with academic excellence. We believe that the process of learning and teaching is crucial to boosting students’ motivation.  As such, our teachers have taken strong initiatives to explore various methodologies in maximizing students’ intellectual capacity and nurturing positive values and virtues.
 
Our school motto, “Reverence, Humility, Persistence and Earnestness”, lies in the heart of everyone at WSCSS. ‘Reverence’ refers not only to showing respect to teachers but also the pursuit of learning and the devotion to pursue knowledge and truth. ‘Humility’ is exemplified by self-discipline, the key to self-enhancement and self-improvement. ‘Persistence’ is an important trait to develop in life which is conducive to students’ personal growth and resilience. ‘Earnestness’ is the determination to achieve and succeed. With all these personal traits, students of WSCSS are nurtured to possess the capacity to reach high and the qualities to meet future challenges and the needs of society.
